Three physiques. Three lessons. One system I now use to coach young men into the body that actually performs.

I was the skinny kid who couldn't put on size no matter what I ate. Zero confidence in the gym, no clue what I was doing, and constantly comparing myself to guys who looked twice my size. I knew something had to change. I just didn't know where to start.

I went hard the other way. Ate everything, lifted heavy, chased the biggest numbers I could. I put on 25kg and got strong, but I also lost my conditioning. I could rep 100kg all day but couldn't run 2km without gassing out. That's when it clicked: size alone isn't the goal.

Today I run the standard I coach. Lean, athletic, strong AND conditioned. 10km on Sunday, 100kg on the bench Monday. This is the physique that actually performs, and it's the exact blueprint I take my clients through.
Going from 60kg to 85kg taught me how to build muscle. Coming back down to 72kg lean taught me how to build a physique that actually functions. Both journeys were necessary, and both are baked into every plan I write for my clients.
I've spent the last two years quietly coaching young men through the same process. No shortcuts, no cookie cutter templates, no chasing trends. Just the framework that took me from insecure and skinny to strong, lean, and conditioned.
If you're a young man ready to stop guessing and start building, this is the system for you.
Apply for one on one coaching and let's build your version of the hybrid standard.
